Being a natural weight loss clinic, I knew this environment would be good for me! I’ve learned how to navigate food allergies and manage my 140 lb. weight loss!

Outside of work I enjoy reading, crafts, and gardening.

What Made You Decide To Work Here?

I was working in operations and consulting for over 14 years. I decided it was time to combine the skills and knowledge I had gained with my passion for health and wellness. I joined Brand NUE to help people achieve the health goals they desired.

What Do You Love Most About Your Job?

I love educating on the science behind weight loss and management, but I most love watching clients achieve a specific goal, like getting to ride a roller coaster again or being able to play more with their grandchilden.

What Inspired You To Get Your Masters In Public Health?

I struggled with my weight in the past and have lost 100+ pounds. I know what it feels like to feel better through weight loss, and I love helping others on their journey to realizing this. I know firsthand the improved confidence and health benefits that comes directly from losing weight. I coach progress over perfection and practice what I preach!

How Do You Spend Your Free Time?

Outside of work I enjoy hiking and spending time with my husband & family.

My clients and team are like family. I enjoy coming to work every day and helping our clients realize better health.

Definitely Halloween!

Where Is Your Favorite Place To Travel?

New Orleans. Between the music, food and year-round festivities, there is always good times to be had. Plus, they have a fun Halloween parade.

What Do You Love Most About Your Job?

I love being able to help others realize that if they feel better today, they will truly live better tomorrow. Many take their health for granted, until it’s not there. I strive to help others understand that taking care of yourself will dramatically improve one’s overall quality of life.
